Going Green at IWCE

This year’s IWCE offered four special show floor destinations: the WFCP Lounge, the TrendSpot, the Construction Zone, and the Green Pavilion by TODL.

Selling Green to Make Green
Surrounded by like-minded exhibitors including OEcotextiles, Live Textiles Inc., Tricycle Inc., and GreenGuard, the Green Pavilion showcased myriad eco-friendly interiors products. Ami McKay, HGTV Canada's Makeover Wish star visited with attendees enamored by PURE, her gorgeous collection of sustainable furniture.

The venue also highlighted the “why” of its featured products’ use and construction—explaining why each product is green as well as offering sourcing information. All of this encourages more manufacturers to get on board with the green movement that is quickly becoming a lifestyle, and helps arm designers with the information and know-how they need to sell it to their clients.

Thank you for the "green". Iam so happy we are now having opportunities to supply our clients with "earth friendly" products.

I know as time goes on there will be so much more.
